After Daniel 9:27 and the Millennium

By Jerry Teets

Years ago I heard during a study of Revelation a visiting teacher that Revelation ends at the Millennium, so this means chapter 21 and 22 fills in details between Revelation 20: 5 and 20:6. The book of Revelation does not reveal the eternal age that follows the Great White throne judgment.

The chart you see here is an original creation from my study.

In my study I learned that there is a forty-five day period between the 1,290 days and the 1,335 days. Revelation has 1,260 days...so it could be as much as seventy-five days.
God will not dwell on the earth polluted by blood shed and death. He would require it to be cleansed. As the law states:

Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed. Do not defile the land where you live and where I dwell, for I, the LORD, dwell among the Israelites.'"

The way God would cleanse the earth is to purge it by fire. We find this prophecy in 2 Peter 3:10-13

While the heavens and the earth is being cleansed and renewed....Israel and Gentiles who did not receive the mark will under go judgment to separate the unbelievers from the believers.

After 45-75 days the redeemed and righteous will return to a new earth ready for their habitation. Israel will be made new and the Jerusalem will be know as "The LORD is there -- see Ezekiel 40-48. The Church will descend to the new earth in the New Jerusalem and take a geosynchronous orbit over Jerusalem and supply living water as a stream from the Temple (Revelation 22:1-6 and Ezekiel 47:1-12). During this time Israel will rule over the Gentiles under the new and everlasting covenant (Ezekiel 37:15-28; Jeremiah 31:31-40 and 33:14-26)

Then as Isaiah said:

"As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me," declares the LORD , "so will your name and descendants endure. From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me," says the LORD . "And they will go out and look upon the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind." Isaiah 66:22-24

This is just a simple overview of my study of these prophecies. I know it does not follow the typical interpretation of the end time. My interest is not motivated by a desire just to be different and non-traditional. Rather I my motive is to let the text speak for itself and look for time clues to put this together.
